2018 Regional Plan 

The 2018 Regional Plan was adopted on November 18, 2014 and amended on June 25, 2018 with the inclusion of the Regional Energy Plan. The 2018 Regional Plan became effective on July 30, 2018.
The Mount Ascutney Regional Commission wishes to thank all of the individuals who contributed their time and expertise to the revision of the Southern Windsor County Regional Plan.
