About the Emergency Management Program

Through a variety of funding sources, including Vermont Emergency Management and the Department of Homeland Security, MARC provides assistance to member towns in emergency management. Activities include those key processes in emergency management:

• Preparedness

• Recovery

MARC is actively working with first responder organizations on Preparedness and Mitigation as those are most commonly related to planning activities.
