Weatherization Resources for Rental Property Owners
Weatherizing your rental property confers a wide array of benefits beyond lower heating bills. Poorly or improperly insulated structures can lead to costly structural and even health and safety issues. On the other hand, a properly weatherized structure is also more comfortable for residents and therefore more attractive to current and prospective tenants.
