Town of Baltimore

Baltimore Town Plan Update Process

The Town of Baltimore is updating its Town Plan. The town plan provides a framework toward attaining community aspirations through public investments, land use regulations, and other implementation programs such as a state-designated downtown or village center, business improvement districts, or land conservation programs. It can also qualify the community for state grants to fund improvements or receive specialized technical assistance.

Draft materials, hearing notices, and support documents can be found on this page.

You can also provide your concerns, comments, and questions regarding this planning effort via email to Malia at [email protected].
